Design Accord has expanded upon the original vision conceived by Woods Bagot to create a complete biophilic setting for this unique IT Park campus being developed in Kolkata. All the towers face the central plaza spine, which will serve as the lifeline of the campus. This pedestrian-friendly zone connects the north and south blocks, dotted with large trees and bespoke canopies.

The central spine will be vibrant and bustling with energy and activity, organically extending into side open spaces that transform into verdant green lawns or micro-forests— each functioning as a pocket of microecology. The design aims to promote a sustainable landscape, where stormwater flows toward the forest groves and collects in wetland swamps. The water is further treated through bioswales and root-zone plantations, enhancing ecological resilience and sustainability.
