The site features a linear layout with approach driveways leading from the main roads, opening into a central space between the towers, and funnelling back to the rear road. While the design accommodates driveway surfaces and fire paths, vehicular movement is restricted in the central area.

The design ethos draws inspiration from the region's natural topography, characterized by fluid, mountainous terrain with slopes and water bodies. Given Bangalore's identity as a city of lakes, water elements play a key role in the landscape.

As a 24-hour campus, strategic lighting enhances the vibrancy, creating a lively atmosphere day and night.
